Introduction
Strength is important. If you are not strong, it will be difficult for you to lift heavy objects and do other activities that require physical strength . But I strongly believe that muscles without knowledge is just a piece of meat. So knowledge and other life skills are equally important. In this article we are talking about the importance of having strength and knowledge in a human being in order to improve your life
BE JACKED
First of all being jacked is not only about building a strong body , but also building a composed mind . You have to hit the gym or home bodyweight workout or whatever training you prefer to do in a consistent manner . You have to feed your body with enough macronutrients like carbs , proteins , healthy fats etc . But I have only told you about being jacked physically, even though I said about building a composed mind too , Why ??Because a man's physique can influence a person's mindset to some extent.
To be a jacked guy , you have to be smart, strong and dedicated. You also need to ask for help when it's needed. The most important thing about being a jacked nerd is that you shouldn't be afraid of failing or having your ideas rejected by others. In fact, the more failures you experience along the way—the better! The best way to do this is by pushing yourself hard every day so that you can achieve what other people don't think possible (like me) . You may have knowledge and life skills obtained through reading, but without being strong those knowledge can be meaningless or useless at some or the other way . So if you're a person who reads a lot and have a good knowledge , then build your body to a good shape to build your real self .
Finally: don't give up!
BE A NERD
Let's get to the next part . Some of you may have been jacked , ripped or shredded already . But how will you be a nerd ?? Read, read and read again. Reading is one of the best ways to learn new things, improve your vocabulary, and keep your brain active. Reading is also a great way to relax and unwind after a long day at work or school. This is especially useful if you want to know more about other cultures or people from different countries.
Reading can be easy or difficult depending on the type of book you choose: novels or non-fiction (like biographies). If someone who hasn't read a lot recently is struggling, they may need help with vocabulary before moving on to more difficult parts like poems or stories with lots of detail. !
Reading is also a good way to learn about different cultures. It is easy to find books written by authors around the world. It is also easy to find books that describe different countries, people and cultures. If you want to learn about other countries, reading is a great way to do it! Reading can make you smarter: Reading helps improve your vocabulary and grammar. Spend time on your work
If you want to be a writer, write. If you want to be a musician, play music. If you want to be a programmer, code. And if all else fails and your dream job doesn't match any of those things (and trust me, it happens), then there's always work to be done!
WHERE TO START
Regular exercise
First , Understand that training hard and just exercising is different in some aspects , even though we commonly refer both as ' exercising ' .In training hard , we push ourselves to surpass our limits . When exercising , you are just trying to break some sweat for your own benefit .For starters and people who have certain health conditions can opt for this option of exercising. Both will show growth and improvement in a person , but the rate of those changes showing up on a person is also very different between training hard and exercising. The injury risk is also different in both .
Exercise is important for health and happiness. It helps you stay strong, reduce stress and feel good about yourself. There are many types of exercise you can do (walking, running, swimming or cycling to name a few) and they are all good options if you want to get in shape or improve your health. . Think about what type of exercise is best for you: maybe lifting weights or yoga? Whatever works for you (which may not work for others) will be fine! Don't worry about being "too" active; just make sure that any type of exercise that fits into your schedule is good for the body and mind!
If you are new to exercise, it is best not to start with anything too heavy. Start small and grow from there. Then scale yourself towards hard , scheduled training for your body . A good rule of thumb is to choose an activity that raises your heart rate for at least 10 minutes at a time. Make sure you listen to music that inspires and motivates you.
Music is a great way to stay motivated and focused. It can help you get through difficult times, help you feel better when things are going well, and even help you deal with stress!
However, it is important that your music has meaning to you. If the songs don't speak directly to your emotions or life experiences, they probably won't have much of an impact on your enthusiasm or motivation. When it comes to music and sports, there are things you can do to get the most out of your workout. First, make sure your headphones fit properly and are not tight on your ears or head. Loose headphones will fall off during vigorous exercise, so make sure they're soft but not painful. Also, watch out for sweat damage if you use headphones or wireless headphones; some brands don't tolerate humidity well and can stop working if they sweat for too long!
But training without music is more better for your mental strength. When we hear motivational music or any motivational quotes , it creates a conciousness and it pumps us up and we will become more motivated to push harder . But if you don't have music , you will have to gain the motivation yourself instead of receiving it from music . Music is an external source of motivation . Without motivation, you are using your inner self , that is dormant but so powerful than you can think , as the source of motivation. You are tapping into your untouched potential and converting it to your strength . Thus training without music can make even stronger. You don't need a headphone in such situations , right ??This is my personal opinion . But its your choice to hear music or not ,during your training sessions. I consider training sessions without music to be more better
You can be strong without a body builder's physique. You just have to train your brain and build your muscles.
You don't have to look like a bodybuilder to be strong. You just have to train your brain and build your muscles.
There are many ways to build muscle, but the most common methods include: lifting weights or doing exercises that work different parts of your body (like bicep curls), resistance training (using machines like medicine ball, resistance bands or even bodyweight) or cardio exercises that improve the heart health ,increases heart rate slightly above resting level for short periods of time (exercise such as running).
