All hoping a negative outcome for whatever things you participate in is a pessimistic approach. If optimism strengthens oneself , pessimism weakens oneself. It leads to self doubts and pull you back from trying and experiencing new things . It will make you restrictive and less knowledgeable . Pessimism is a big challenge in your life .Pessimism can really affect your decision-making capabilities because of your doubt in yourself and due to your negative outlook towards life . Your brain always wants comfort and when your brain doesn't receive instant satisfaction, it will lead you to take a pessimistic approach . So it is more easier to be pessimistic and thus limiting your capabilities. To avoid it , you have to master optimism, which is possible through practice.




You have to practice optimism before it becomes second nature--and once you've mastered it, there are plenty of ways to keep practicing! Optimism is not something that just happens to you. It's a skill that you have to train like learning to play the piano or riding a bike.

As a positive role model, you can reinforce people's optimism. If someone asks how your day is going, don't be afraid to tell them that it's going well.
